1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Orders and payments
Buyers pay the order price plus a service fee at checkout. Funds are held until the order is completed or cancelled. Sellers receive the order price minus the platform commission.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancelled orders are refunded to the buyer wallet. Disputes are decided by the marketplace team based on the order conversation and deliveries.
4. Withdrawals
Earnings become available after the clearance period and can be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
5. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, plagiarism, illegal services, or attempts to take payments off the platform.
